Emerald is a North Carolina based real estate investment company. We have been involved in buying and selling real estate since 2018 and have completed hundreds of transactions. We hold years of experience both as real estate brokers and investors focusing in investment real estate. Born and raised in Raleigh, NC. Mackenzie has been a licensed real estate broker since 2018 and has been actively involved in real estate investing since 2017. Mackenzie acts as the Head of Acquisitions and runs day to day operations of the sales team.

Ayden Damitio, CEO, Asset Manager
Ayden is a North Carolina Native who has been a licensed real estate broker since 2017. Ayden acts as the Director of Marketing, Asset/ Inventory Manager, and acting CEO of Emerald.

Debi Crowley, Operations
Debi has a long career in real estate both as a real estate broker as well as a transaction coordinator. She acts as the Head of The Transaction Coordination Department.

Suzy Wallace, Head of Dispositions
Suzy has been a licensed real estate broker since 2017 and has actively been involved in real estate investing since 2018. She acts as the Head of Dispositions for Emerald and is involved with Investor Relationship Management.

Jacob Mann, Acquisitions Manager
Jacob has been a licensed real estate broker since 2020. He specializes in deal underwriting and is a top performing Acquisition Manager.
